1. Overview & scope
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel or reschedule paid offerings from TechTrio Automation (“TechTrio”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — the paid strategy-session booking, TechTrio IMS subscriptions, and custom services — and what happens after you cancel. Whether a cancellation results in a refund is governed by our Refund Policy.
This policy works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where a separate signed agreement (MSA, SOW, or order form) conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.
2. ₹49 strategy session — cancel or reschedule
For the ₹49 strategy session:
- You may reschedule free of charge by contacting us before your confirmed slot; we will move you to the next available time.
- If you cancel before the session is delivered, the booking is closed. The ₹49 fee is a non-refundable booking charge (see the Refund Policy) unless TechTrio is unable to hold the session, in which case it is refunded in full.
- Missing a confirmed slot without notice (a “no-show”) is treated as a completed booking.
3. TechTrio IMS subscription cancellation
You can cancel your TechTrio IMS subscription at any time from the billing area inside the app (ims.techtrio.net) or by emailing us from your account email. When you cancel:
- Auto-renewal stops. You will not be billed for the next cycle, and any Razorpay mandate/AutoPay for the subscription is cancelled.
- Access continues until the end of your current paid term. Cancelling part-way through a term does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current term.
- If you cancel within the 5-day refund window after your initial subscription payment, you may also be eligible for a full refund — see the Refund Policy.
- After cancellation, please export any invoices, reports, or data you need. We may delete or restrict access to subscription data after a reasonable grace period in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
4. Custom services & retainers
Cancellation of project work, retainers, or ongoing services follows the notice period and terms set out in the applicable quote, statement of work (SOW), or order form. Unless that document says otherwise:
- Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice as specified in the SOW.
- You remain responsible for fees for work performed and milestones delivered up to the effective cancellation date.
- Committed third-party costs (ad spend, licences, hosting, domains, paid APIs) are payable even after cancellation.
5. Cancellation by TechTrio
We may suspend or cancel a booking, subscription, or engagement if payment fails or is reversed, if the Services are misused, if there is a security or legal risk, or as otherwise permitted in our Terms of Service. Where we cancel without cause and you have pre-paid for a period or deliverable that was not provided, we will refund the affected amount per the Refund Policy.
6. How to cancel
- IMS subscription — cancel from the billing/settings area in the IMS app, or email us from your account email.
- ₹49 session — reply to your booking confirmation or email us with your Payment ID / Order ID.
- Services / retainers — send written notice per your SOW to info [at] techtrio dot net.
Include the name and email used at checkout (or your IMS account email) and the Razorpay Payment ID / Order ID so we can locate your account quickly. We aim to confirm cancellations within 2 business days.

This Cancellation Policy is a general website policy governed by the laws of India and should be read with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. A separate signed agreement may override or supplement it for paid engagements.
