Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, marketing pages, communications, and related services operated by TechTrio Automation (“TechTrio”, “we”, “us”, “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may not use the Services without parental/guardian consent where required.

3. Services description

TechTrio provides technology and digital services such as software development, design, marketing, automation, integrations, consulting, and related SaaS products (as described on our website and in applicable statements of work or order forms).

Unless expressly agreed in writing, website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. Custom engagements are typically governed by separate contracts (SOWs, MSAs, order forms).

4. Accounts & access

If we provide you with accounts, API keys, dashboards, or credentials, you are responsible for safeguarding them and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of law or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other customers’ data, or third-party networks
• Introduce malware, disrupt security, or interfere with reliability/performance
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access in a way that overloads our infrastructure without permission
• Use the Services to send unlawful spam, deceptive communications, or fraudulent payment instructions

6. Intellectual property

TechTrio and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, branding, software (excluding client materials), documentation, and aggregated/anonymised learnings, subject to any written assignment in a separate agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables and licences for custom work are defined in the applicable SOW/contract (including ownership, licence scope, and open-source obligations).

7. Client materials & responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials you provide (including logos, data, content, and credentials). You represent you have the rights needed for us to use those materials to perform the Services.

8. Fees & payments (Razorpay)

Fees, taxes, invoicing cadence, and payment methods are as stated in a quote, invoice, SOW, or checkout flow. Online payments may be processed through Razorpay (or another processor we designate). Your use of payment services may also be subject to the processor’s terms and privacy policy.

Late payments may incur interest or suspension of Services where permitted by contract and law. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or taxes applicable to your payments.

9. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechTrio and its affiliates, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to TechTrio for the Services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) INR 10,000, unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechTrio from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your materials, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or must comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protections apply to you.

14. Dispute resolution

Subject to applicable law, you agree that the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, unless a separate signed agreement specifies a different forum.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at info@techtrio.net and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where your explicit consent is required by law.

These Terms are a general website policy. A separate master services agreement, SOW, or order form may override or supplement these Terms for paid engagements.
