1. Overview & scope
This Shipping & Exchange Policy explains how TechTrio Automation (“TechTrio”, “we”, “us”, “our”) delivers what you pay for. TechTrio is a digital services and software (SaaS) business — we provide web and mobile development, design, marketing, automation, consulting, and the TechTrio IMS invoicing platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.
Because there is nothing physical to ship, traditional shipping, courier, and physical-exchange processes do not apply. This page describes how our digital services are delivered instead, and points you to the right policy for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
2. No physical shipping
All products and services are delivered electronically — there are no physical shipments, couriers, tracking numbers, or delivery addresses, and no shipping or handling charges are levied at checkout.
3. How & when services are delivered
- TechTrio IMS subscriptions — access is provisioned to your registered email/account immediately to within a few hours of a successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. The IMS application is hosted at ims.techtrio.net.
- ₹49 strategy session — you receive a booking confirmation by email immediately after payment, and the session is delivered (by call or in-person) at your confirmed slot. See the booking page.
- Custom services & projects — deliverables (code, designs, reports, access, etc.) are provided electronically through agreed channels such as email, shared drives, repositories, or dashboards, per the timeline set out in your quote, statement of work (SOW), or order form.
If you do not receive access or a confirmation within the expected time after a successful payment, please contact us with your Razorpay Payment ID / Order ID and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Exchanges, returns & refunds
As we do not deliver physical products, physical exchanges or returns do not apply. For eligibility around returning a subscription, getting a refund, or cancelling a service, please refer to:

5. Service regions
Because delivery is digital, we serve clients across India and internationally (including the UK, USA, Canada, and the UAE). Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay; any currency conversion is handled by your bank or card issuer.
